He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Thompson. He is survived by: his father Dale Thompson; his sister Denise McFarland; his niece April Shoemaker (Shane); his nephew Joshua McFarland (JoAnn); his great-niece Erin Shoemaker; and his great-nephews, Kalin McFarland and Justin Shoemaker.
