It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Belle Hutchins (La Junta, Colorado), who passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Jane Belle shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jane Belle farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Walter and Carrie Irene Girton (Steinley); her husband Donald T. Hutchins; and her siblings, Gary Girton and Julianna Girton Keeble.
She is survived by: her son Don Hutchins; her brother Larry Girton; her siblings-in-law, Sandi Girton Hunter of Oklahoma, Dorothy Sanchez of Salida and Frank Hutchins of Dallas City; and her close friends, Darlene Derbigny of La Junta and Rosann Inguito of La Junta. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar United Methodist Church of La Junta (601 San Juan Ave, La Junta, CO 81050).
