He is survived by: his wife Kendra; his children, Dänya Herrell of La Junta, Audrey Herrell of Washington, D. C. and Jaime Herrell of Santa Fe, NM; his stepchildren, Adam Smith (Sasha Ortiz) of Rocky Ford, Mason Smith (Mandi Pickerill) of Rocky Ford, Sarah Clem (Arnold) of Baltimore, MD, Tim Clem and Nate Clem of La Junta; his grandchildren, Kaiden Pickerill and Shazlynn Smith; his brother Kim Herrell (Ann) of Vancouver, WA; his niece Kate; his nephew Ross Herrell; and his pets, Bones and Sadie.
