It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Bea Ashcraft (La Junta, Colorado), born in Friona, Texas, who passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Walter and Cordelia Ashcraft (O'Hair); his former wife Eleanor; and his children, Jackie Ray, Dale Lee and Valerie Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Ashcraft; his sons, Jay Ashcraft of Grand Junction, CO and Eddie Ashcraft of Westminster, CO; his stepdaughters, Kristine Baylor (Ken) of Manzanola and Laura Eberly (Jerry) of Edmond, OK; and his half-siblings, Bobbie Schleining of Westminster, CO, Mollie Dible (Clay) of Wichita, KS, Vicki Atkinson (Dennis Fenn) of Wichita, KS and Ben Atkinson of Westminster, CO. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
