He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnulfo Perez and Cirila Perez (Rodriguez); his wife Mary Agnes Trujillo; and his siblings, Jess, Phil, Leo, Lupe, Mildred and Connie.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Beals (Robert) of Riverview, FL, Christina Vasquez (Joe) of Centennial, CO, Phyllis Beals (Dana) of Falcon, CO and Louie Perez (Annette) of La Junta; and his grandchildren, Brianna, Brittney Beals, Alfredo, Isaac Magdaleno, Christopher Vasquez, Jennifer Nava (Hector), David, Zachary, Chris Beals (Whitney), Louis Perez (Alicia), Crystal, Victoria and Alexis Inez Perez. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
