Billie; her parent Linda Rivas of La Junta; her sisters, Sierra Carrillo-Mendoza of La Junta and Isabella Carrillo-Mendoza of La Junta; her stepfather Jorge Carrillo-Mendoza of Rocky Ford; her grandmother Oralia Rivas of La Junta; and her aunts and uncles, Ruben Rivas (Joyce), Roberto Rivas, David Rivas, Frances Rivas and Rosa Rivas. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
