Georgia Mae Thorp Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2020, at the age of 97, Georgia Mae Thorp (La Junta, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Osie and Stella Elsie Robertson (Kirby); and her husband Charles Thorp. She is survived by: her daughters, Twila Basham (Dan) of La Junta, Charlotte Wear of Claremore, Oklahoma and Stephanie Cullinane (John) of Fowler; her siblings, C. A. Robertson of Texas and Jean Stiffler of Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Daniel Basham, Jr. (Lalaine), David Basham, Lesli Danielson (Kevin), William Wear (Alicia), Cindy Wear, Charles, Richard and John Grinstead. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; eight great, great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers those wishing to do so may make memorial donations to the First Christian Church of Manzanola direct or through the funeral home.
