He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Madrid and Nora Madrid (Rivera); his wife Lucy; his children, Karen Madrid of La Junta, Laura Minck (Jon) of La Junta, George Madrid (Lindsey) of La Junta and Marc Madrid (Bernadette) of La Junta; and his grandchildren, Corey, Danyon, Medillo, Ethan, Jacob, Liyah, Derick, Janessa, Aniyah, Hayle, Diamond Alexis and George Luciano. He was also cherished by eight sisters.
