He is survived by: his significant other Peg; his children, John Mitchell of Pueblo, CO, Charlie Mitchell (Deana) of La Junta, CO, Nakia Fisher (Neil) of La Junta, CO and Shawnee Wait (Kyle) of Springfield, CO; his siblings, Linda Winters of Oklahoma, Angialea Goode (Jack) of La Junta, CO and Jacqueline Stalford (Elmer) of Bristol, CO; his sister-in-law Lee Mitchell of Gallup, NM; and his grandchildren, Kacee, J. C. Mitchell, Jackson Mitchell, Kamryn, Keo Fisher, Silvee and Kinlee Wait. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.
