He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Casebolt and Gladys Casebolt (Crabtree); his wife Joan Lennon; his brothers, Ronald "Butch" Casebolt and Edwin Dale Casebolt (Nancy); and his daughter-in-law Jeanne Casebolt.
He is survived by: his children, Walter Lynn Casebolt (Pauline) of La Junta and Sharon Renae Gustine of Glenwood Springs, CO; his grandchildren, Com. John Gustine, Rebecca Hardrick (Larry) of Battlement Mesa, CO, Sheryl Casebolt of Pueblo, CO and Stephanie (Com. Phil); and his great grandchildren, Juliet Staso, Oliver Staso and Edward Gustine.
