He is survived by: his mother Julie Higbee (Thompson) of La Junta; his siblings, Laurie Bitter (Mark) of La Junta, Sherri Adame (Aaron) of Swink, Veronica Minniear (Lonnie) of Arvada, CO and George Pierson of La Junta; his nieces and nephews, Kayla Bitter (Nick Nunez), Kristen Franklin (Samuel), Danni Minniear, Alyssa Nuse (Austton), Aaron Adame (Coutrney) and Austin Adame (Hannah); his pets, Gizmo and Riley; and his grandmother Bonnie Higbee. He is also survived by one great-niece and two great-nephews.
