It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cruz Rangel of La Junta, Colorado, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvia Rangel and Domingo Rangel; her siblings, Delfa Marinelarena, Robert Rangel, George Rangel, Tony Rangel, Benny Rangel, Johnny Rangel and Anthony Rangel; and her nephews, Tino Ortega, Steven Ortega, Denny Rangel and George Rangel.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Rangel of La Junta; her grandchildren, Danae Rangel of La Junta, Ryanna Rangel of La Junta, Ryan Rangel of La Junta, Angelica Muniz of La Junta and Matthew Muniz of La Junta; her great grandchildren, Lorenzo, Leon, Lysius, LaRayah, Lazariah, Ilysah, Jocelyn, Katrinah, Luciannah, Avyuhn, Milliannah, Anniyah, Jocias, Natthias, Diamond, Jacelyn and Jeremiah; her sisters, Sally Ortega, Stella Figueroa (Federico), Sarah Rangel, Betty Grasmick and Veronica Rangel; and her siblings-in-law, Karl Grasmick, Pauline Rangel and Dee Rangel. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
