He is survived by: his mother Angie Casias of La Junta; his wife Lynnette Powell; his daughters, Celina Powell of Denver and Samantha Powell of Media; his stepson Zachary Persons; his grandchildren, Jordin Powell, Brandin Powell Kailoni Martinez and Evelyn Powell; his siblings, Virginia Imperial (Lawrence) of Santa Fe, NM, Dorothy Rivera (Ignacio) of Phoenix, AZ, Louis Casias of La Junta, Kenny Powell (Sharla) of Rapid City, SD, Robert Powell of La Junta and Shirley Torres of La Junta; and his nephew Nick Martinez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends; and a step-granddaughter.
