We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2019, at the age of 40, Adam James Pena (La Jara, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gloriamarie Salazar-Pena and Richard Pena; and his grandparents, Patrick and Lucy Salazar.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to San Luis Valley Federal Bank to the Adam James Pena Legacy "Saving A Soul Foundation".
