He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Heins and Lenora M. Heins; his siblings, George W. Heins, Faye M. Heins and Frances M. Stanfield; his nephew Weylin Stanfield; and his niece Lucinda Merrill (Cindy).
He is survived by: his siblings, Douglas W. Heins of Kit Carson, CO, Wilma J. Rowe of Denver, CO, Erna L. Dutton of Aurora, CO, Dianna K. Randel (Jim) and Wild; and his pet Karla Ball (Rex) of Kit Carson, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (101 Main St, Kit Carson, CO 80825). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the KIT Carson Cemetery Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Kit Carson Historical Society or the Trinity Lutheran Church at ECB in Kit Carson.
