She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Garfield Cook Sr. and Bessie Ellen Cook (Alexander); her siblings, Russell Leland Cook, Maynard Alfred Cook, Ruth Rebecca Shotton (Cook), Arthur Garfield Cook, Jr., Paul John Cook and Marie Josie Francis (Ernest); her sons, Dorsey and Nolan Carroll; and her daughter-in-law Judy Carroll (Schlichenmayer).
She is survived by: her husband Ernest E Carroll; her daughter Marsha DeAnn Rau (Carroll); her daughters-in-law, Helen Carroll and Cathy Carroll; and her grandchildren, Teila (Tankersley), Darin Carroll, Tona Lujan (Carroll), Monte Carroll (Darlene), Daryl Rau (Karen), Derek Rau, Devin Rau and Dan Rau (Elizabeth). She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
She was 103 years old, born on October 19, 1917, in the year of the Spanish Flu pandemic.
