She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Lula Phillips (Davis) and Jesse Melvin Phillips; and her siblings, Robert, Helen, Violet, Milton, Hazel, Junior and Grace.
She is survived by: her brother Ron Phillips (Carolyn) of Monument, Colorado; her sister-in-law Dee Phillips of Freeland, Michigan; and her children, Stern Strait (Chris Sheets) of Sterling, Colorado, Darla Bornhoft (Roger) of Brush, Colorado, Kelly Swick (Forrest) of Evans, Colorado, Claude Strait (Claudia) of Yuma, Colorado and Kevin Strait (Shawna) of Rockvale, Colorado. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren as well as many nephews, nieces, extended family members and friends.
