He is survived by: his brother John Max (Janice Yocam); his sons, Dale (Samantha) of Kim and Gene (Brenda) of Kim; his wife Jennie Funk; his granddaughter Amanda (Brandon Hare); his great grandchildren, Austin, Brantley, Colt and Daylyn of Stanley, NM; his grandson Lance (Sara); his great grandchild Lane of Springfield, CO; his grandson Rex Yocam of Kim; and his sister Madeline Banta of Ft Morgan.
