He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvilla Chittenden (Courter) and Kenneth Chittenden; his uncle Jim Chittenden; and his sister Barb Blair. He is survived by: his wife Jane Schott; his child Carmen Shively; his sons-in-law, Sean Archuleta and Chris Long (Jennifer Hesslink); his grandchildren, McKenna Shively, Haleigh Archuleta, Tyson McCabe and Jayden McCabe; his great grandchild Lacey Spotts; his sister Carla Roberts; his brother-in-law Joe Roberts; his nephew Brad; his friends, Darwin and Deb Crawford; and his in-laws, Albert and Mary Schott.
