He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Wafel and Ethel Wafel. He is survived by: his wife Mary S. Wafel; his sons, Charlie Wafel of Colorado Springs and John Wafel (Kellee Wafel) of Surprise Arizona; and his grandchildren, Emma, Cale, Tessa, Brynna and Kaitlynn Wafel.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the American Legion (595 Railroad Ave, Keenesburg, CO 80643).
