He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William and Martha Anne Linnebur (Schauf); his brothers, Charles Eugene Linnebur and Jerome Linnebur; his son Keith Linnebur; and his grandson Keith Kilker.

He is survived by: his wife Verma Blackson; his children, Jackie Linnebur, Stephanie Linnebur, Denise Kilker and Francis Linnebur; his siblings, Nancy Powell, Judy Shinbur, Pam Linnebur Martinez, Janice Moore, Fred Linnebur and Bill Linnebur; his grandchildren, Krystina Kilker, Katelynn Kilker, Savannah Linnebur, Josie Linnebur and Dixie Linnebur; and his great grandchildren, Karter and Karson Kilker.
