He was predeceased by: his siblings, Valentine Warne and Helen Resendez. He is survived by: his wife Janis Warne (Plassenthal); his son Samuel; his siblings, Robert Udovich (Yolanda), John Warne (Kim), Mary Ortiz (Sean) and Myra Consonero (Nick); and his siblings-in-law, Gerald Plassenthal (Anne), John Plessenthal (Lorrie) and Kathy Ravestein (William). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
