He is survived by: his wife Dottie Sue; his daughters, Holly Kidd (Randy Vahl) and Samantha Phare (Bill); his siblings, Gail Jaramillo (Andrew) and Patrick Collins (Mindy); his grandchildren, Bret Johnson (Angelique), Teryn Kidd, Michael Phare and Grayson Phare; and his great grandchild Baby Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
