She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Dolezal and Izora Dolezal; and her close friend Thomas Buckingham. She is survived by: her brother Craig Dolezal (Linda) of Julesburg, CO; her nephews, Chris Dolezal of Westminster, CO and Carleton Dolezal (Natalie Swanson) of Littleton, CO.; and her stepchildren, Gayle Swanson of Avondale Estates, GA and Robert Buckingham (Diane) of Indian Wells, CA. She is also survived by many special friends and relatives.
