He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter F. Johnson and MaryAnn Johnson (Reisch). He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Johnson and Patrick Johnson of Fort Collins, CO; and his brothers, David Johnson (Pam) of Fenton, MO and Mark Johnson (Carol Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, Aunts, Uncles, other relatives and friends.
A memorial has been established in Rick's memory for later designation.
