She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Tranel and Emma Tranel (Schultz); her husband Orville Kemper of Julesburg; her brother LaVern Tranel; her sister-in-law Doris Tranel; her daughter Kimberlee Munson; and her grandson Tanner Mollendor.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Whitten (Doug) of Lakewood, CO, Kerry Kemper of Denver, CO and Kristee Christopher (Brad) of Aurora, CO.; and her grandchildren, Andy Kemper, Alison Armstrong, Ian Kemper, Heather Dirschl, Bryce, Morgan Munson and Dane Mollendor. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, along with many other relatives and friends.
