Loraine Ione Marquardt Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loraine Ione Marquardt of Julesburg, Colorado, who passed away on November 7, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Klitzke and Theresa Klitzke (Dittmar); her husband Sam of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her brother Vernon Klitzke. She is survived by: her grandsons, Bruce and Jeff; her children, Barbara Bouvier of New Haven, CT, Bruce Marquardt (Betsy) and Jeff Marquardt (Renee); her sister Sharon Robison of Julesburg; her sister-in-law Sandra Klitzke of Fort McCoy, FL; and her grandchildren, Shara, Jean-Claude (Liz), Dustin (Megan) and Brandee (Jay Chapman). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorials in Loraine's memory may be made to the Orphan Grain Train or St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Venango.
