He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Strack and Mabel Strack (Livgren); his wife Betty Fitzgerald; and his brothers, Lloyd Strack and Merlin Strack.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Prescott of Carthage, MO, Ricky Strack of Sidney, NE and Tommy Strack of Carthage; and his stepchildren, James Freitag (Vicki) of Yakima, WA, Mary Clark of Sterling, CO, Roger Freitag (Sue) of Parker, CO and Ethel Leef (Craig) of Julesburg, CO. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established in Johnny's memory for later designation.
