With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline T. Hernandez of Julesburg, Colorado, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on November 8, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jacqueline has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Davis and Jean Hoffman (David Hoffman, Sr.); and her adoptive father David Hoffman. She is survived by: her siblings, David Hoffman, Jr. (Claudia) of Clarksville, TN and Dawn Ann Johnson (Ole) of Sedgwick, CO; and her pet Jasper.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harvest Baptist Church (217 7th St, Ovid, CO 80744).
