She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dale Johnson and Lieta Johnson; her son Brad of Morrison, CO; her parents-in-law, Ernest and Lois Blake; her husband Gene Blake; her son Brian Blake of Morrison, CO; her granddaughter Destiny Newton; her siblings, Gloria Dodd of Columbus, GA and Les Leslie (Linda) of Thorton, CO; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Blake of Holyoke, CO, Bob Blake (Peggy) of Sterling, CO, Mark Blake (Pat) of Grand Ledge, MI and Ricky Blake of Wichita Falls, TX. She was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.

A memorial has been established in Debbie's memory for later designation.
