He was predeceased by: his parents, George Roswell and Emma Mae Skinner (Putnam); and his brother Doyle. He is survived by: his wife Bev of Julesburg; his daughters, Julie Gonzales of Cortez and Janet Kingsbury (Craig) of Julesburg; his grandchildren, Chris Donnelly of Cortez, Tina Kibel of Cortez, Nathan Kingsbury (Nina) of Greeley, Lindy Foley (Brett) of Lincoln, NE and Melissa Yoakum (Josh) of Cortez; and his siblings, Marlene Yates (Bob) of Longmont and George Skinner of Albuquerque, NM. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prairie Hills Funeral Home - Julesburg (310 W 5th St, Julesburg, CO 80737). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (520 Maple St, Julesburg, CO 80737).
Memorials are suggested to the United Methodist Church in Julesburg in Wayne's memory.
