He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvador Joe Arroyo and Virginia Sandoval; his siblings, Gloria, Irene, Victor, Mike and Angie; and his wife Blanca.
He is survived by: his former wife Julia Reyna; his son Albert Jr. Later (Stephanie) of San Jose, CA; his grandchildren, Angela and Guadalupe Iturrios; his children, Carmen Sawasaki (Steve) of Morgan Hill, CA, Angela Smith (Alberto) of Ogallala, NE, Natalie Crowley (Chris) of Sterling, CO, Tonya Ramos of Julesburg, CO, Yvette Velasquez (Sergio) of Aurora, CO and Jazmin Ramos of Sterling, CO.; his great grandchildren, Aaron Crowley, Ciara Crowley, Savion Smith, Nathaniel Smith, Sebastian Smith (Molly), Nicole Sawasaki, Sarah Sawasaki and Melissa Godinez; his siblings, Sophia Collins, Olivia, Rory Smith and Andrew Montablo; and his nieces and nephews, Rita, Meliton, Ilene, Sally, Joe, Helen, Madeline and Daniel.
