She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Wiest and Martha Wiest (Croissant); and her brother Gary Wiest. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her sons, Aaron and Nate Lebsack (Lois); her granddaughters, Kenady and Finley Lebsack; and her siblings, Daryl Wiest (Connie), Rodd Wiest (Dorene) and Brian "BJ" Wiest (Sherrie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the "Johnstown UMC" or "Pathways Hospice" in care of Adamson, 2000 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634.
