He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale and Vivian; his son Scott; and his friend Rob Cannon. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Andy and Amanda; his stepson Justin (Lindsy Drake); his grandchildren, Lona and Jaxon; and his siblings, LeAnn, Nancy, Jeri, Terry and Annette. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
