It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Colbert (Johnstown, Colorado), born in Linton, Indiana, who passed away on March 7, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Colbert (Waymire) of Johnstown; his sister Jane Chickedantz (Dirk) of Washington; his children, Christopher Colbert (Nicole) of Severance and Elizabeth Pattillo (Jacob) of Firestone; and his grandchildren, Austin Colbert, Bryson Colbert, Emma Colbert, Asher Colbert, Cailyn Pattillo, Sadie Colbert and Corbin Pattillo.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Doug's name, in lieu of flowers.
