She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J Schmidt and Anne E Schmidt (Heit); and her brother Ronald J Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband Edward Race Johnstown of Colorado; her daughters, Kelly Scudder Berthoud (Jason) of Colorado and Shawn Race Johnstown of Colorado; and her grandchildren, Tyce Morgan (Ellie), Slater Morgan, Race Morgan, Aidan Race, Taner Scudder and Jayce Scudder.
