She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond William Moncrief and Esther Marie Morris of Elwood; her former husband Dallas Pate; her daughter Vickie Sharpe; her husband John Campbell; her sisters, Wanda and Delores; her daughter-in-law Kim Campbell; and her granddaughter Kori Ohlson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kenneth and Carol Moncrief; her son Jay Campbell of Wray, CO; her siblings, Kenny Moncrief (Marilyn) of Sidney, Judy Shrader (Carl) of Flagstaff and Carol Diest (Edison) of Otsego, Michigan; her children, Pamela Campbell of Greeley, CO, Mike Campbell (Kristi) of Brush, CO and Darcy Campbell (Steve) of Lafayette, CO; her son-in-law Rodney Sharpe; her grandchildren, Troy Speicher of Sylva, Aaron Sharpe (Jo) of Hillsdale, Jadin Turvey (Craig) of Greeley, CO, Abby Campbell (Chip) of Denver, CO, Kelsey Campbell of Denver, CO, Tyler Ohlson of Holdrege, Nebraska, Kelsey Bailey (Jordan) of Holdrege, Nebraska, David Campbell of State College, PA, Erin Sullivan of Fort Collins, CO, Marika Sullivan of St. Paul, MN and Claire Sullivan of New London, CT; and also Dee Diehl. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
