He was predeceased by: his father Lyle Edward Hayes. He is survived by: his mother Carmen Lea Hayes (Jones); his wife Amanda Sue Thomas; and his children, Nathan Hayes (Angela), Donavan Hayes, Brady Hayes (Sara), Cody Hayes, Brianna Hayes and Hope Hayes. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 siblings and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
