He was predeceased by: his parents, Benerita Manzanares and Manuel Santistevan Sr.; his wife Matilda Cloud Santistevan; his son Charles Santistevan; his stepchildren, Joe Frost and Audrey Frost; and his brother Manuel Santistevan Jr..
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Gilbert (Dan); his stepson Glen Frost (Bernice); and his siblings, Elsie Fernandez (Joe) and Tony Santistevan (Mary). He is also survived by his grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Los Pinos Fire Protection District.
