He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Parmer and Lillian Parmer; his daughter Lori Dawn; his wife Cherie Lorraine Piper; and his siblings, Raymond, Barbara and Joan.
He is survived by: his children, Cherie, Beverly Burgess (Gary) of Colorado Springs, Diana Jeans (Danny) of Ellijay Georgia, Debbie Burgess (Dwight), Brenda Goines (Rich) of Limon and Brian Parmer (Kim) of Hugo. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
