She was predeceased by: her grandson Dennis Leroy Flowers; her mother Maxine Mason; her stepfather Jack Mason; her father Olen Warford; her grandparents, Jessie Terry and Clarissa Terry (Clercy); and also Wybe Hoogeboom.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Cook; her daughter Kristie Hoogeboom Flowers; her son-in-law Darren Flowers of Genoa; her son Steve Hoogeboom; her daughter-in-law Delana; her granddaughters, Kylie Hoogeboom of Castle Rock, Kelsey Hoogeboom Parisi and Dominic Parisi of Parker; her son Lonnie Hoogeboom; her daughter-in-law Betsy Strauch of Houston; her son Lee Hoogeboom; her daughter-in-law Stacey; her grandchildren, Nathanael Lee of Brea and Madison Grace of Brea; her brothers, Jackie Warford of Stilwell and Jim Wilson; and her sister-in-law Stacy of Rushville. She is also survived by her nephews, a niece, cousins, and other relatives.
