He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Jolly and Clara Jolly (Zoellner); his wife Jeannie Savage; and his siblings, David and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Williams (Rick), Cindy Downey (Kelly) and John Jolly (Kerri); his grandchildren, Savannah Charleston (Jake), Shawn Downey (Katlen), Tyler Jolly (Britney), Katie Jolly, Jenna Rains (Weston) and Cara Liggett (Gavin); his brother Gene Jolly; his adoptive daughter Tammy Anderson (Mark); and his stepgranddaughter Kelly Hutchinson (Frank). He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Deer Trail Jockey Club or the Justin Cowboy Crisis Fund.
