It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merrill Arnold Van Handel (Howard, Colorado), born in Little Chute, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 4, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter A. Handel and Rose Van Handel (Blaha); and his brothers, Gordon and Jerome Van Handel. He is survived by: his wife Marion Green; his sons, David Van Handel (Bobbi), Paul Van Handel and Mark Van Handel (Riki); his grandchildren, Kristen (Samuel), Tyler, Gabrielle and Jacob; and his siblings, Richard, Dolores, Joyce, Ivol and Donald.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Merrill's name.
