She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Hall and Rose Hall; and her husband Franklin Phelps. She is survived by: her sons, Frank Phelps (Julie) of Salida, Mark Phelps of Texas and Ron Phelps of Howard; and her siblings, Larry Wedel of Seattle and Vickie Boyd of Virginia. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
