She is survived by: her brothers, Homer, Roy, Joe D, Junior and Jewel Causey; her sons, John Sullivan (Mary) and Greg Sullivan; and her grandchildren, Jana Luckey (Josh), Bettysue Bertrand, Elliot Sullivan (Sara), Howard Duncan, Jerry Sullivan and Amanda Jesse.
