It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Halbert in Holyoke, Colorado, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond W. Bailey and Frances L. Bailey (Cunningham); and her sister Norene Bailey. She is survived by: her husband Robert Halbert of Norton, Kansas; her children, Diana (Bill Dewey) of Washington, Michael Halbert (Andria) of Utah, Scott Halbert (Cindy) of Colorado, Tracie Darbin (Rich) of Oklahoma and Rodney Halbert (Angie) of Colorado; and her siblings, Gary Bailey (Glenda) of Colorado and Judy Macy (Tony) of Colorado. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
