He is survived by: his spouse Sharrie Aydelott (Kent); his sons, Damon Ellis (Debbie Allen) and Troy Kent; his grandchildren, Andrew Kent (Alexis) and Kaitlyn McCallum (Wyatt); and his brother Edward Ellis (Barbara Neal).
