He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Clarence and Emma Leone Halbert (Dieleman); his wife Wilma Halbert (Bailey); and his brothers, Ted Halbert and Lyle Halbert.
He is survived by: his children, Diana (Bill Dewey) of Washington, Michael Halbert (Andria) of Utah, Scott Halbert (Cindy) of Colorado, Tracie (Rich Darbin) of Oklahoma and Rod Halbert (Angie) of Colorado; and his siblings, Helen Karls of Kansas and Howard Halbert (Ethel) of Colorado. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
