She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Chandler (Orval) and Ray Chandler; her sons, Don Hawk, Ray Hawk and Eddie Sherwood; and her siblings, Hope Emory, Bonnie Hogsett, Mona Bryant, Mildred Saylor, Wayne Chandler and Wendyl Chandler.
She is survived by: her spouse Lennie Hawk; and her daughters, Rita and Lori Sherwood. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
