She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil and Rena; her husband Delmer Schlachter; her sister LaRue (Kenneth Schlachter); her brother-in-law Bryce Worley; and her son Dennis Schlachter.
She is survived by: her sister Louise Worley; her children, Peg Schlachter, Marc Schlachter (Gail), Dave Schlachter (Carol) and Jim Schlachter (Jan); and her grandchildren, Hazen Schlachter, Rena Carson-Schlachter, Nate Schlachter, Janae Reimer, Aaron Schlachter, Phillip Schlachter, Bethany Campbell-Schlachter and Ben Schlachter. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
